SEXUAL PERVERSION IN MEDIA

•Media has exposed people to sexuality like never before

•A survey pointed out that over 50 per cent of teenagers have been exposed to porn by the age of 13

•44% of teenage participants revealed that they had viewed online pornography intentionally; 58% of participants stumbled on porn accidentally

•Most ads, shows and movies have sexual overtones

•Children exposed to sexual content at an unbelievably early age

•Leads to awakening of sexual desires before time, urge to experiment, sexual immorality, perversions like homosexuality and crimes

•Interaction with opposite sex has become too casual

•Strong distraction from studies, work and life…disrupts family life

PRAY FOR:

•Church to be aware of the stark reality…understand the issue in all its seriousness

•Be on the knees, repent and intercede…Be on guard

•Engage youngsters fruitfully..not leave them unguarded to what the world has to offer

•Work towards strong family system…praying, faithful partners and parents..spend time with each other and kids

•Godly teachers and mentors

•Church to teach strong values based on the word of God.
